Heer & Veer (Part 4)

Heer walked into her college with a shivering face. She wasn’t sure about the reaction of Tahir and his friends, especially the one person who threatened her, Veer Kapoor. She saw Tahir and Seema standing outside the classroom as she reached the corridor. Heer silently went into the class, trying hard not to mind their fierce glare at her.

“Look at that girl’s guts, Tahir. How dare she come to college even after Veer’s threat? It’s her luck that he’s not here now. Otherwise, I don’t know how he would’ve reacted,” Seema said to Tahir.

 “But we can’t leave her like that. I know what to do to make her run away from this college premises, forever.” Tahir had a mastermind plan to torture Heer.

 Heer was seated in the classroom reading some books, and that was when one of her classmates, Mirha Singhania, walked towards her. Mirha was one of Tahir’s flings and hence would do anything to stay in his good books.

 “Hey, Heer… Sunanda Ma’am is calling you. Come with me. I’ll take you there.” Heer followed Mirha as she knew how strict Sunanda Ma’am was to students. They walked upstairs, but Heer was feeling something fishy. Mirha had walked towards the stairs which led to the D-Block. The D-Block was famously known as “Devil’s Block,” as all sorts of drug use, fights, ragging, etc. used to happen there. Heer was confused as to why Mirha was taking her to the D-Block.

 “Mirha, where are we going? This is the way to the D-Block, right?” Heer asked.

 “Yeah. But what to do? Ma’am is waiting there for us.” Heer got quite convinced by Mirha’s words and hence followed her. They reached an abandoned auditorium that looked closed.

 “Ma’am is inside the hall. Go and meet her.” Heer opened the door and walked inside. But soon after she entered the hall, the door got locked. She tried to open it, but it was of no use. She didn’t know what was going on, but she got to know it soon.

 “Wow, who do we have here? The clever girl Heer who had the guts to complain against me to the Principal.” It was Tahir. Heer was getting scared as there was a gang of boys along with Tahir. They all looked scary, and she knew that it was a trap for her. She once again tried to open the door, but it was not turning in. Heer stood there like a failed soul.
